My name is Bella Wala, and I am the proud owner of Whimsy Tattoo. I’ve been a tattoo artist since 2019, starting my journey at the age of 19. After working in five different tattoo shops, I made the bold decision to open my own studio. My vision was to create a space that prioritized inclusivity and acceptance, providing a safe environment for women, the queer community, BIPOC, and neurodivergent individuals. At Whimsy Tattoo, I aim to ensure that all my clients feel valued and comfortable while expressing themselves through body art.
My favorite styles to tattoo include black and grey, American traditional, neo-traditional, stipple work, fantasy, fine line, and floral designs.
Meanwhile, my apprentice, Lucinda Wade, is eager to carve her own path in the industry, focusing on color, fantasy themes, American traditional, stipple shading, and more. Her passion for these vibrant styles adds a fresh perspective to our work environment, fostering an atmosphere of growth and artistic collaboration.

If you’re considering a small tattoo, palm-sized or smaller, you will be tattooed by Lucinda. While I (Bella) focus on larger projects, typically forearm-sized and bigger.
Lucinda is open to taking on forearm-sized (maximum) tattoos as well, although these would likely be divided into separate sessions to ensure that she focuses on quality and precision.
